Renovation Loans

Many of our lenders provide us, and in turn our clients, with access to renovation loan products such as Fannie Mae’s Homestyle renovation loan, HomePath and HomePath Renovation mortgages in addition to FHA Rehab Loans.
Conventional Financing
As wholesale brokers, we have access to all conventional loan products that are saleable to Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae and Freddie Mac. These include both fixed rate loans in various terms (e.g. 30 year, 20 year, 15 year, 10 year, etc.) as well as adjustable rate mortgages (ARMS). We broker all Conventional Conforming and High Balance Loans as well as Jumbo Mortgages.
Government Mortgage Products
Those who serve or have served in the military hold a special place in our hearts at Jensen Kelly. We are a large regional producer of VA loans and have become very well versed in their underwriting guidelines over the years. We also handle many FHA transactions, including FHA Rehab Loans as well as FHA REO property purchases and USDA loans.
Outside the Box

Additionally, we have access to some specialty portfolio products for those credit situations that are less main stream and may require more creative financing packages.
